Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of roofing experience
Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license with good record preferred)
Physically able to lift 25+ lbs and work safely at heights
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Skilled with hand and power tools
Follows all safety regulations and best practices
Specialty Skills
Knowledge of asphalt shingles, tile, cedar shake, and metal roofing (residential & commercial)
Familiarity with TPO and torch-down systems a plus
Ability to locate and repair leaks
Organized, detail-oriented work habits
OSHA or specialty certifications a plus
